Retail orders are shipped usually the same day when items are in stock as long as they're received before the cut off time, otherwise they'll ship the next business day. Our cut off times are:
USPS Shipping: 11:30 AM Eastern Time
UPS Shipping: 2:30 PM Eastern Time
You can always click on the "Account" icon on the upper right hand side of the screen to view your orders and their status.
