Your order might not be lost, click the "Account" icon on the upper right hand corner of our web site to find a list of orders you have placed with us. Pay attention to the "Fulfillment Status" on the order, if it shows shipped, you can always track it to find the location of the package(s). If your tracking number shows "Delivered", contact us for assistance. We offer "Route" insurance, which covers 100% of the order, we highly recommend you use this service when placing an order as BK Hobbies cannot be liable for lost packages resulting from carriers' negligence.
