If you have an issue with a product purchased from BK Hobbies, you can return the product to us at your expense for a full refund within 15 days of the date of purchase (excluding transit times). The product must be in brand new, unopened condition. Used products including helicopter parts or electronics do not qualify for a refund or exchange. Open box items in new condition can be returned for an exchange or in store credit only on a case-by-case basis and a restocking fee may apply. Contact us for more information.
Before sending a product back to us, please obtain an RMA number from our support team.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the warranty of a product, please contact the manufacturer of that product directly. If the product in question is part of one of our proprietary brands, i.e. BK Servo, Switch Blades, Theta Servo, Xnova Motors or SAB, please contact us and we will be glad to help.
