If are required by law to collect sales tax if your shipping address is in the state of Florida. Florida sales tax is calculated at 6% plus the surtax rate for your particular county. For example, in Lake County, the surtax is 1% bringing the total tax rate to 7%.
If you live outside the state of Florida, you do not have to pay sales tax as we currently don't have a Nexus outside the state nor meet the requirements to collect sales tax in other states although this might be subject to change in the future.
